  • Day 01 -Dubai / Delhi
    Fly Dubai/Delhi EK 512 2200/0245 +1 (3h 15m) - Daily

    On arrival, be met and transferred to your hotel in Delhi.

  • Day 02 - Delhi

    Optional: Delhi on Bike - enter Delhi’s 400 year old web of alleys held together with great big meshes of electric cables and infused with the smell of brewing tea and simmering breakfast curry! (3.5 hours; starting at 6.30am with specialist guide with tea and breakfast)

    Visit Humayun Tomb - a magnificent Mughal building. Continue to see 12th century Qutab Minar with its imposing victory tower. Visit the exteriors of some interesting buildings in Lutyens' Delhi - India Gate, the President’s House and Parliament House.

    Recommendation: View changing of guards outside President's House.

    Have a view of true India by entering the Nizamuddin area into the mystical world of Sufism, visiting the Dargah of a world famous Sufi saint. Take a walk into the impoverished neighbourhood and visit Project Arman, an initiative to educate children of rag pickers.

  • Day 03 - Delhi/Jodhpur/Manvar Camp

    From Delhi, be dropped off at the airport for your flight.

    Today, drive 3 hours through the Thar Desert to Manvar Camp.

    This evening, enjoy a camel safari through the desert and at night, be entertained by local music and enjoy a bonfire dinner at the camp.

  • Day 04 - Manvar Camp/Jaisalmer

    Morning, enjoy a jeep safari through the dunes from Manvar Camp.

    Drive 3.5 hours from Manvar to Jaisalmer.

  • Day 05 - Jaisalmer

    In the heart of the Thar Desert lies Jaisalmer. Here the yellow Sandstone Fort is an imposing sight, towering magnificently over the city. Discover the painstakingly latticed havelis or mansions with their grand facades. Your tour of Jaisalmer will include Jaisalmer Fort and its havelis and temples.

  • Day 06 - Jaisalmer/Jodhpur

    Drive 6 hours to Jodhpur.

    Explore the majestic Mehrangarh Fort - with walls that soar like sheer cliffs boasting many palaces within. Close to the fort is the 19th century Jaswant Thada - a fascinating creation in white marble. This afternoon, take a rickshaw/tonga ride into the old town.

    On a walking tour with a specialist guide, dive deep into the heart of Jodhpur to discover the lesser-known treasures of this enchanting city. Learn about interesting legends, interact with city’s residents, and wonder through narrow alleyways dotted with Indigo coloured houses.

    Optional: Enjoy a stunning outdoor roof top Rajasthani dining experience with unbeatable views of the Mehrangarh Fort and the Blue City at Hanumant Mahal!

  • Day 07 - Jodhpur/Rawla Narlai

    Head for a lesser known gem halfway to Udaipur - The Rawla Narlai, a stylish 17th century hunting retreat of the Maharajah set in characterful landscape free from mass tourism. Some activities available here are village walks, sundowner, horse-riding, bird-watching by the lake and more!

    This afternoon, Ranakpur temple - the biggest and most important Jain Temple in India, beautiful and intriguing - one of the finest examples of complex and sustained levels of craftsmanship the Jains are renowned for. Enjoy the retreat in the late afternoon.

  • Day 08 - Rawal Narlai/Udaipur

    Enjoy Rawla Narlai and the activities. Afternoon, drive 3 hours to the City of Sunrise - Udaipur.

    Optional: Enjoy dinner with a local Rajput family with cooking demonstration of family recipes in the kitchen garden of Rakshita. Learn about cuisine and the Rajputs.

  • Day 09 - Udaipur

    Today, waltz around this romantic city with cruise on Lake Pichola and a visit to the huge City Palace and Jagdish temple.

    Take a 2.5 hours walk reveals the real Udaipur - its people and the living traditions! Visit the pristine Ghats dotted with ancient temples, witness local craft like bamboo, pottery and jewellery-making, and meet a local family in their 150 years traditional mansion laced with painting and splendid mirror art work.

  • Day 10 - Udaipur/Jaipur

    Drive 6-7 hours to Jaipur. En-route, visit the Chittorgarh Fort - the largest fort in Rajasthan.

  • Day 11 - Jaipur

    Optional: See The Pink City in the most novel way - on a balloon flight! (Mid-sep to end-March)

    Morning, find beautiful murals and carvings in Amber Fort. Enter in true royalty style; by elephants! (Return by jeep). Meet your specialist guide and visit ancient Amer - a flourishing settlement in 967 A.D occupied by the Meena - now a sleepy town rarely visited by tourists. This atmospheric ancient town is dotted with historic temples, havelis, water harvesting structures.

    Optional: For those with a love for nature and adventure can combine your Amer walk with some gentle 2-3 hour trekking in the surrounding Aravali hills, ruined fort an hidden shrines.

    Afternoon, start from the honeycomb pink façade of the Palace of Wind, then to the City Palace. Visit Jantar Mantar (the ancient observatory) and marvel at the brilliance of the Indian during the medieval times.

  • Day 12 - Jaipur/Agra

    Drive to Agra in 5 hours. After 1.5 hours, take a detour and go off the traditional tourist circuit into the small village of Abhaneri which is home to the 8th century Chand Baori - an unheralded architectural jewel and the deepest stepwell in the world. Also visit the adjacent Harshat Mata Temple with ruined medieval Hindu sculptures! Continue to visit Fatehpur Sikri, the deserted capital of the Moghul Empire. Arrive in Agra late afternoon.

    Optional: Catch the ‘Mohabbat-the-Taj’ - a 80-minute song and drama spectacle representing this monument of love in different moods and season.

    Optional: See the Taj Mahal by night under the light of the full moon ( selected nights only).

  • Day 13 - Agra/Delhi/SDubai

    See Taj Mahal at sunrise, when the grounds are quieter than in the afternoon, beating the day trippers from Delhi by a few hours.
    *Taj Mahal is undergoing cleaning and restoration, the scaffolding around the main dome of Taj Mahal will remain in place till 2018. Please contact your travel specialist for more details.

    Visit the Agra Fort which was built by the four Generations of the Mughal Dynasty.

    Drive 4 hours from Agra to Delhi.Day-use room close to Delhi Airport is provided for you to freshen up before your onward flight. From Delhi, be dropped off at the airport for your flight.
