Itinerary

  • Day 01 -Dubai / Amman- Jerash
    Fly Dubai/Amman FZ 147 0630/0800 (3h 30m)

     

    Upon arrival, meet your guide and drive to Amman city for an introductory tour. Before arriving the city, drive to the north of Amman to visit Jerash, the best example of a roman provincial city in the whole Middle East.  

    Drive back to the capital town. Amman is an interesting mix of old and new and its highlights are split between its downtown area — the older, historical part — and its Western section. The old city is dominated by the ancient Citadel with its Byzantine Church. Drive to Abdoun neighbourhoods, where you can see the beautiful houses made of white stones of the higher class. The capital’s greatest souks, fine museums, ancient constructions, monuments and cultural sites are found in Jabal Amman

    Check in your hotel this late afternoon and enjoy a good rest after a long day.

  • Day 02 - Amman / Mt Nebo / Madaba / Little Petra / Petra

    Drive to Petra this morning. Make a stop at Mount Nebo where Moses viewed the holy land that he was not allowed to cross. Continue to Madaba, where the St George's Greek Orthodox Church has a famous mosaic on the floor.  

    Drive to Al Beidha next, better known as Little Petra this morning, which was inhabited by the Nabataean and has many tombs, water containers and channels. Continue the drive to Petra.

    In the late afternoon, enjoy a local cuisine workshop working alongside local women under the supervision of a chef. Dinner included.

  • Day 03 - Petra

    You have the full day to explore Petra, one of the new Seven Wonders of The World, We devote the full day to visit the famous red rose city of Petra, the Nabetan capital that is dated from the 1BC to the 7th AD. Monuments of different Nabetan/ roman and Christian periods await you – Tombs, Temples, Houses and Churches. 

    Tonight you will enjoy the magic of Petra by night – a night walk of Petra and immersed yourself in the mystical atmosphere. At The Treasury, music and stories will help you experience Petra as the travel-weary traders of old must have known it. (The join-in excursion departs from Petra Visitors Centre evening at 20:30, returning to the Visitors Centre around 22:30 (only on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday)

  • Day 04 - Petra / Wadi Rum

    This morning, drive to the desert of Wadi Rum, the wild desert landscape, which fascinated the British liaison officer Lawrence of Arabia.  

    Enjoy a 2-hour 4-wheel jeep drive through the desert to see Lawrence’s spring. Pass the majestic mountains and explore a gorge with some ancient rock drawings. Enjoy the silence of this awesome desert on some easy hike.  Tonight, you will spend unforgettable night in a remote and secluded Camp under a blanket of stars includes BBQ dinner meal.

  • Day 05 - Wadi Rum / Dead Sea

    Drive northward back to Dead Sea. Dead Sea is the lowest point on earth (1,373 ft below sea level) and the largest ‘natural spa’ in the world. Pamper yourself with its healing and revitalizing water.

  • Day 06 - Dead Sea / Jerusalem

    This morning, cross the border to Israel at King Hussein Bridge and continue the drive to Jerusalem. 

    Have an introductory tour of this holy city. Start from the Citadel, known as the “Tower of David” and its museum beautifully brings to life Jerusalem’s history. ake a visit to Mount of Olives, with its world’s oldest and largest Jewish cemetery. You can also get a bird-eye view of the Old City from here. 

    This evening, enjoy the “Night Spectacular” sound and light show at the Citadel (closed on Fri), unfold the story of Jerusalem through giant breathtaking, virtual reality images. (40 min show, 2 shows a day)

  • Day 07 - Jerusalem

    Today, you will follow the path of Jesus’ story. Start from the Jewish Quarter of the Old City, there you will see the famous Wailing Wall and its holiest shrine of Dome of the Rock. Discover its underground Kotel Tunnels. Continue to the Tomb of the Virgin Mary, next to it is the Garden of Gethsemane. A very important site to the Christianity, which is historically linked to both prayer and betrayal. 

    Walk along the Way of the Cross (Via Dolorosa) that marks the 14 stations of the Cross on the day of Jesus’ crucifixion, the path ends at Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Continue to the Armenian and Christian Quarters. Make a visit to Mount Zion, located just outside the Old City walls, it is home to three major sites: The Tomb of King DavidThe Room of the Last Supper and the Church of the Dormition.

  • Day 08 - Jerusalem - Qumran / Masada / Jericho

    Today, we make an excursion to the Dead Sea – Masada. Visit the Qumran Cave on the northern shore of Dead Sea where the famous Dead Sea Scroll was discovered. Masada is the center of archaeological and historical sites of Israel Dead Sea. A short cable car ride takes you to the top of the Masada Fortress. Enjoy the fantastic view to the Judean Desert and the Dead Sea. 

    Before return to Jerusalem, visit Jericho, the oldest and lowest city in the world, where you’ll discover the ancient ruins and Mount Temptation.

  • Day 09 - Jerusalem - Bethlehem

    This morning, make an excursion to another top biblical site – Bethlehem, the birthplace of Jesus Christ. You will visit the Church of Nativity, the Milk Grotto Chapel, King Cinema and Well

    Spend the afternoon in the Israeli Museum, a must for anyone interested in the cultural and historical heritage of the country. For those who wants to have an authentic experience, make a visit to the Mahane Yehuda Market, the largest one in Jerusalem and one of the most famous in the Middle East.

  • Day 10 - Jerusalem / Tel Aviv / Dubai

    Drive towards Tel Aviv. Spend time exploring the former Arab Port at Old Jaffa, the labyrinth of alleys in Neve Tzedek, the vibrant camel market and the interesting Jewish Dispora Museum. 

    In the late evening, transfer to airport for your flight back home.
