  • Day 01 – Dubai / Ho Chi Minh City
    Fly Dubai/Ho Chi Minh City EK 392 0930/1940 (7h10min) - Daily

    Upon arrival be met and transfer to your hotel.

  • Day 02 – Ho Chi Minh City

    Today enjoy a city tour to admire Saigon’s historic landmarks including the Notre Dame Cathedral, a red brick edifice with twin spires based on the original construction from Paris. Then head across the square to the Central Post Office, designed by the French architect, Gustave Eiffel. Continue your visit with the former Presidential Palace, the headquarters of the Saigon Government during the American war. Further, drive to visit the War Remnants Museum for a vivid insight of the American war through the local’s eyes. Then sit down at a street coffee shop for a break to observe the daily life of the locals. 

     Optional: Enjoy your half day city tour on a charming vintage car or vintage sidecar motorbike and visit the city’s highlights is one of the most wonderful and lavish way.

    Share time with Local Musician Family
    Visit a local family of musicians. Learn about traditional musical instruments through conversations with the artists and listen to the performances from each family member (3-generations). You then have the chance to try the instruments yourself.

    AO Circus Show with Dinner at Dining Room
    This evening, transfer to watch the exciting AO Show. This modern circus surpasses all the standards that were previously set by many other shows in Vietnam over the years.

    After the show, enjoy beautifully decorated dishes of innovative Vietnamese cuisine in a different approach at Dining Room restaurant. Transfer back to the hotel.

  • Day 03 – Ho Chi Minh City

    Today, choose either one of the tours below: 

    Option 1: Private cooking Class at Cu Chi 
    Arrive at Cooking Class venue after 2-hour drive from Saigon. Meet with your friendly chef and learn how people grow mushrooms - one of locals' main income sources. Then get your hands dirty and venture into the garden to pick some vegetables. Roll up your sleeves for a private hands-on cooking class. Savor your own culinary creations at lunch in the peaceful countryside scenery.

    Option 2: Agriculture Life at Cu Chi 
    Today, drive 2 hours to Cu Chi area and head to Ho Chi Minh Agricultural Village where we can learn about agriculture life through visiting different families who raise buffalo, fish and prawns. Then go to see how people grow mushrooms - one of their main income sources. Get your hands dirty and venture into the garden or rice field (depending on seasons). Join the friendly farmers to learn the traditional gardening methods and how they cultivate vegetables or rice. After working hard as a farmer, it’s time to savor lunch along with vegetables picked from the garden. Later visit a family-run milk cow farm and try your hand at milking the cow. Then, enjoy a cup of milk coffee and say goodbye to the host. 

    Cu Chi tunnel with VC Veteran
    The Cu Chi tunnel complex was dug in 1948 for the guerrillas to hide from French air and ground sweeps. It also served as communication routes and food and weapon caches as well as hospitals and living quarters for guerrilla fighters throughout the American war. Visit the underground villages with a VC veteran who used to live there, to better understand the tunnels’ history, life in the tunnels and the Vietnamese’s resilience during the combats. 

    Optional Vietnamese Dinner and Jazz Club: With the concept ‘sharing the Vietnamese spirit through gastronomy’ Xu offers exquisite Vietnamese cuisine in a beautiful art-deco inspired setting. Then move on to Sax’n Art - a small jazz club owned by the famous Vietnamese saxophone player - Mr. Tran Manh Tuan.

  • Day 04 – Ho Chi Minh City / Can Tho

    Today depart to Ben Tre, situated in the Delta of the Mekong River. Upon arrival, you will board your Mango cruise boat and head to An Hoa River. The cruise will take you to Phong Nam village, where you will take the cycling trip through the Village to explore more of the local daily life.

    Stop at a local house to taste the tropical fruits and chat with the farmer. Visit the rice noodle factory which supply to most local markets in the area. Continue to take a rowing sampan boat through the small canals, which are covered green by the water coconut plants. As you reach the big river, your sampan is waiting for you and lunch will be served on board.

    After lunch, your boat will bring you to My Long village where you will meet with a local family, a former Vietcong soldier who survived two years fighting the Khmer Rouge in Phnom Penh.

    Return to the boat and continue to cruise to Mo Cay canals. Stop for a visit at the coconut processing workshop where you can see how the locals utilize every bit of the coconut. Continue cruising to Vung Liem Canal where your sampan will dock for an overnight. Relax and freshen up for your cooking demonstration and dinner on board. The rest of the evening will be spent at your leisure.

  • Day 05 – Mekong Delta

    Start your day with a visit the brick factory where you will see how bricks are made in the traditional method and mostly by hand. Continue to take the bike ride through green paddies, garden settings and local villages to explore the untouched beauty of this region.

    Head to the town of Vung Liem , continue on to visit the Cao Dai Temple in one of the most popular local religions, which is a combination of Taoism, Buddhism and Confusism. Stop at Cai Nhum village where you will have a walk or bike ride through local villages. Get back to your boat and continue cruising to Can Tho. The rest of the evening is spent at your leisure on the tranquil water.

  • Day 06 – Mekong Delta/Ho Chi Minh City / Dubai

    Take an early boat trip to the spectacular Cai Rang floating market, where you will transfer to a smaller boat and mingle amongst the thousands of trading vessels. Return to your cruise and check-out. 

    Return to Saigon (4 hours’ drive).You will have your guide and vehicle at your disposal use in Saigon until departure. Transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
